The Books Council of Wales provides a range of booklists that can support primary and secondary schools in Wales:

  • Children’s Yearbooks – an annual round-up of new titles published in Wales for children and young adults. The lists include books published in Welsh, English and bilingually.
  • Myths and Legends Catalogue – a selection of books for all ages that celebrate Wales’s rich tradition of magical and mystical tales created for the Year of Legends in 2017.
  • Magazine Catalogue – a list of print and digital magazines published in Wales. There are magazines published in Welsh and English and the list includes a number of titles suitable for children and young people.
  • Llyfr Da Ffab Books – a list of books to support Welsh language education.
