Harry Potter Book Night – the annual celebration of the magical world of Hogwarts and the iconic Harry Potter series – has been rebranded as Harry Potter Book Day. In 2023, Harry Potter Book Day will take place on 12th October and the theme for this year is Magical Places.

The Harry Potter Book Day website provides a free themed Event Kit to help schools host a successful event. This includes:

  • Posters
  • Templates for invitations and attendance certificates.
  • Ideas for costumes and decorations.
  • Themed games, activities and quizzes.
