The Children’s Literacy Charity is a charity with over 25 years’ experience of working in the area of literacy support for the most disadvantaged children in society. Their in-school training courses for teachers and support staff cover a range of topics, including:

Developing young learners’ vocabulary.
Phonics.
Effective teaching of spelling, punctuation and grammar.
Dyslexia awareness and support strategies.
Supporting children with EAL.
Strategies to support struggling readers and writers.

About The Children’s Literacy Charity: The Children’s Literacy Charity provides one-to-one support for the most disadvantaged children in society through their flagship programme Literacy Labs. The charity also provides training and consultancy in the field of children’s literacy support.
