The CLiPPA – the Centre for Literacy in Primary Poetry Award – showcases the best published poetry for children and is the only award of its kind in the UK. The award is judged by a panel of poets and literacy experts.
An integral part of the CLiPPA is the CLiPPA Shadowing Scheme that encourages schools to explore and perform the poetry on the shortlist.
